Crocs at Fashion Show

Store is stocked with inventory. Prices are on the high side. Discounts are minimal. Even though the inventory is plentiful. They do not have a big variety. Also limited on colors. All selections we inquired about they do not carry.

Nice selections and good customer service.

The customer service is horrible and they have promotional signs for buying one and the second with 25% and the promotion does not specify particular items or items that apply when you are already paying and ask about the offer they only tell you I'm sorry but your items they are not included. and they have the promotion on top of specific items which confuses customers. Bad promotion strategy is just a deception plus the poor service of the employees who apparently don't like their work.

I enjoyed my visit in this location in which it is very clean, organized with their shoes, and have friendly sales associates who are willing to help out. They also have a huge selection to choose from in which helps when you want a different type of shoe.

Store was loaded with every croc you needed which was great and all sorts of fun jibbits. The reason why 3 stars is because the employees looked absolutely irritated when you asked if they had other sizes and when they went back to look they never came back to you to let you know.
